FinalExam Pro is independent exam preparation. It is not affiliated with FLHSMV, FMCSA, the FAA, a DMV, or any testing authority. It does not issue licenses, endorsements, or certificates.

Your account and courses

You need an account and a verified email to buy and open a course. Each course is a one-time price. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal. The course you buy has no scheduled expiration while FinalExam Pro continues operating and supporting it. Corrections and updates to that course are included. A new course is a separate purchase. Purchased-course material is reviewed on a quarterly schedule, and a significant error or a verified rule change is corrected when it is confirmed. If a course is retired or the service closes, we will give advance notice and a way to export your notes and progress.

A purchased course opens on up to 2 active devices that you control from Account. Offline study on an authorized device lasts 30 days and renews when you reconnect. A refund or a removed device takes effect the next time that device is online.

What the material is

Each FinalExam Pro course is independent study preparation based on that course's published sources (for example, Florida CDL courses use the official Florida CDL Handbook, July 2022). Practice items are study tools. They are not official test questions. A score in this app is training feedback. It is not a chance of passing and it is not an official result. Courses do not issue a license, endorsement, appointment, or certificate.

Official testing rules, appointments, and licenses stay between you and the testing authority. You are responsible for meeting those requirements.
